What Can I Offer?

What Can I Offer?

By Alexander Molaya

What can I offer to the One who owns everything?

What can I give to the One who sustains the universe?

He has already given His all for me; what then can I do for Him?

Material things hold no value before Him; the kingdoms of this world are but shadows in His presence.

Nothing can equal the infinite price He paid for my soul.

My life! Though marred by the darkness of this world, it is the most precious gift I can lay at His feet.

He who possesses all already holds my life in His hands.

What is left for me?

Only that my entire being be consecrated to You, Lord.

This is my prayer and my surrender.

May the time You have granted me be used with holy wisdom.

May the gifts You bestowed be channels of blessing for others.

May my body, which is Your temple, become a living sanctuary, and may my resources reach the corners of the earth where my feet cannot tread.

Make me a faithful steward of all You have entrusted to me.

Let my faithfulness be the pulse that marks my love for You.

What else can I offer?

Only to remain true and to wisely care for the grace You have so lovingly placed in my hands.
