Justin Kim
Editor
Justin Kim oversees all aspects of the Adventist Review. He has a background as a missionary, pastor, editor, and director. He has preached in over 50 countries, loves good books, and hates cilantro/coriander. He and his wife have two sons.
Sikhululekile Daco
Associate Editor
Sikhu Daco, with undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and French, and a Masters in Religion, has a track record of young adult ministry. She worked as a chaplain and administrator in public campus ministry, and with the inVerse Bible study guide.
Shawn Boonstra
Associate Editor
Shawn Boonstra administers the media team. He previously served as the speaker/director of the Voice of Prophecy, authored 28 books, and conducted global evangelistic events. He also served with It Is Written and the North American Division, equipping pastors for outreach.
Greg Scott
Associate Director
With 30 years at Adventist World Radio, Greg now serves as the associate director of Adventist Review, managing logistics, contracts, and audio content production, while his love for history and nature fuels his exploration of the world’s wonders.
Daniel Bruneau
Experience Design & Innovation Director
Daniel Bruneau, Ph.D. focuses on implementing user-centric approaches to the Review’s users. He has a background in user experience research and design, corporate executive leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Hannah Drewieck
Assistant Editor
Hannah Drewieck has bachelor’s degrees in marketing and communications from Union College (now Union Adventist University). She seeks to bring people’s stories to life through the written word.
Beth Thomas
Assistant Editor
Beth Thomas has been an editor and writer for Adventist publications since 2016. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Writing for the Media from UMass, Amherst, she is the managing editor for Kidsview. She and her husband have two children.
Jonathan Walter
Assistant Editor
Jonathan Walter has served globally as a pastor, missionary, and evangelist, holding communication and leadership roles within the Adventist Church. He handles editorial responsibilities, Adventist Review Art, as well as the Review’s social media and website presence.
John Feezer
Finance & Technical Manager
John Feezer, MA, has 20 years of experience in finance, technology, and operational leadership within denominational ministry. He has a background in financial management, systems integration, website, and database development.
Kyle Warren
Media Manager
For 20 years, Kyle has built worlds across film, television, and games—blending art, strategy, and story. As a media manager, he guides teams to create experiences that move audiences and inspire connection on a global scale.
Merle Poirier
KidsView Graphic Designer
Merle Poirer has been part of the Adventist Review team since 2001. After having served as operations manager for many years, she currently designs KidsView.
Marvene Thorpe-Baptiste
Editorial Assessment Coordinator
Marvene Thorpe-Baptiste joined the Adventist Review team in July 2007 where she’s responsible for the first evaluation of all incoming articles. She also maintains the author database, ensures that all legal and bio/informational forms are signed and processes author honoraria.
Sharon Tennyson
Distribution Coordinator
Sharon Tennyson treasures the relationships she has made with Adventists all over the world. She and her husband Dr. Mack Tennyson live in North Carolina, United States
