Becker’s Hospital Review has recognized AdventHealth president and CEO Terry Shaw on its 2023 list of Great Health Leaders to Know.

Under Shaw’s leadership, AdventHealth has earned other accolades for its dedication to patient safety, quality of care, innovation, and workplace culture in recent months. The Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, named AdventHealth as the first health system to earn the Emerald Award for Patient Safety, Quality, and Transparency in 2022.
