Ray McAllister

Dr. Ray McAllister Ray McAllister, recipient of the Jacob Bolotin Award from the National Federation of the Blind for making biblical language materials accessible to the blind, was the first totally blind person in the world to get a Ph.D. in Hebrew Scriptures. He views his blindness as an opportunity to experience God’s love more deeply and help others do the same.
