The Habits of Grace
by

“The ministry of reconciliation—given, as Paul says, to each of us—asks these four things of us: that we be—
Generous with forgiveness;
Sparing with criticism;
Eager to sing of grace;
Reluctant to reveal sin;
These are, in truth, the glories of Him who has loved us from all eternity, and who through His cross has reconciled our broken, wounded lives to God. Now join Him as He crosses all that divides us from each other, and moves us toward the joy for which we were created.
And stay in grace.”
