Growing Toward Joy
by

Joy is the gift of grace that makes us fully human. When we grasp how securely Jesus holds us, how we are encircled by friends and loved ones whom He has appointed, we are freed from our habitual narrowness and fear. We grow toward wholeness—learning day by day that we have been loved at our worst, and now may, in Christ’s power, aspire to the best. Grace opens up our lives to flights of joy that even angels may not know. Stay in grace.
