capIn July, 240 Adventist theologians, scholars, and church leaders, gathered in Izmir, Turkey, for the Second International Bible Conference. Meeting for 10 days near the Agean Sea, not far from where the apostle Paul preached to Jesus' followers, the group probed the role of  theology in the modern church. As a service to our readers, the Adventist Review presents a series of reports and photos from associate editor Bill Knott along with other resources.
